Quarters Drinking Game: A Classic Party Challenge
Quarters is a fun and competitive drinking game that tests your aim, coordination, and luck. It’s easy to play, requires minimal setup, and gets more chaotic as the drinks start flowing.
A small cup (shot glass or regular cup works)
A quarter (or any small coin)
Alcohol of choice
A flat table
Setup: Place the cup in the center of the table. Players sit around it with their drinks ready.
Take Turns: Each player takes turns bouncing a quarter off the table, trying to land it inside the cup.
Success? Assign a Drink: If the quarter lands in the cup, the shooter chooses another player to take a drink.
Miss? Pass the Turn: If the shot misses, the next player takes their turn.
Bounce-Back Rule (Optional): If the quarter bounces back to you after a miss, take a drink yourself.
House Rules: Feel free to add your own variations, such as trick shots, double bounces, or speed rounds.
Three in a Row: If a player sinks three consecutive shots, they make a new rule (e.g., no pointing, drink with your non-dominant hand, etc.).
Redemption Shot: If a player is picked to drink, they can attempt to make a shot. If successful, they pass the drink to someone else.
Speed Round: Set a timer for rapid-fire shots to crank up the pressure.
It’s a simple but entertaining game that gets the party going. Just remember to drink responsibly and have fun!
